Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code
What does an Emotion/Body/Belief Code session look like?
A session typically lasts around 60 minutes. Depending on your location, we can either meet in person or via video call. Energy knows no bounds, so being in the same room is not a necessity at all. Most of my work is done remotely. Once you grant permission, I will establish an energetic connection with your subconscious mind and begin inquiring about the root imbalances causing the problem you wish to address. During the first phase of the session, we will decode the structure of your issue and trace it from the present back to its origins, uncovering its root cause. Behind every problem lies a domino effect that often traces back to childhood. In the second phase, we will address and release all identified causes of imbalance from your energy field, starting from the earliest to the most recent ones. Finally, I will close the energetic connection, allowing you to process the changes.
Do you also work with babies and children?
Yes, absolutely! As long as you are the parent or legal guardian of the baby or minor. And what about teenagers and adolescents who already have their own minds but are not yet adults? If you are the parent of a minor and would like to book a session for them, we will schedule a preliminary call to discuss and agree on the best approach that will satisfy all parties.
Do I need to be present at the session?
Not necessarily. Perhaps the session doesn’t fit into your busy schedule, or you feel more comfortable being alone, enjoying your privacy while I work on you. If you prefer remote work, we simply discuss the issue you want to address, set a date and time, and after the session is completed, I will send you the notes and explanations of all the imbalances that have been identified and released.
What kind of imbalances can Emotion/Body/Belief Code correct?
Some of the most common imbalances I work with are:
- The energetic consequences of traumatic events you have experienced.
- Unprocessed and repressed negative emotions (trapped emotions). This emotional baggage can originate from your own experiences, be absorbed from others, or even inherited from ancestors. It can stem from this life as well as past lives.
- Negative thought programming embedded in your subconscious mind (self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, blocks and resistance, as well as negative signals you are unconsciously transmitting to others).
- Allergies and intolerances to physical allergens or problematic ideas.
- Pathogens in the body and their energy footprint.
- Imbalances and misalignments of your organs, glands, bones, ligaments, or overall body systems, caused by the negative energy accumulated in a certain part of the body.
- Imbalances and misalignments of your energy bodies (meridians, chakras, layers of aura, etc.).
- Interrupted energy communication between parts of the physical body or between the physical body and its energy bodies.
- Energetic consequences of toxins in the body: biological toxins, heavy metals, electromagnetic radiation, environmental contamination, chemicals in food, medical drugs, etc.
- Consequences of a problematic lifestyle (altered sleep cycle, diurnal cycle or circadian rhythm, hydration, eating habits, etc.).
What is a Heart-Wall?
The Heart-Wall is a defensive barrier around the physical heart formed from accumulated negative emotional energy. It is created by the subconscious mind when you feel vulnerable and unable to cope with other people and strong negative emotions in your environment. Most people have had or currently have a Heart-Wall at some point in their lives. While having a wall around your heart may shield you from a lot of negativity and make you feel safe, it also blocks you from fully receiving love and other positive emotions, and from fully expressing love to others. When your subconscious indicates that you are ready to be freed from your Heart-Wall, it means you are ready to open up to the world, give your best, and receive the best from others. This is why dismantling a Heart-Wall feels so liberating.
What is negative programming of the subconscious mind?
The subconscious mind (yes, the submerged part of the iceberg) harbors all sorts of beliefs, many of which limit or even harm you in your everyday life. We all possess a self-image based on a long chain of assertions that we subconsciously accept as true, even though we don’t benefit from them at all. Some of the most common negative self-beliefs include: ‘I am not worthy of others’ attention,’ ‘I am useless,’ ‘I must sacrifice myself for those around me, otherwise they won’t love me,’ ‘I am unable to forgive,’ ‘I will never find love,’ ‘I am too old for this,’ ‘I mustn’t bother anyone or they will leave me,’ and so on. Sounds familiar?
Can I use Emotion/Body/Belief Code for prevention?
Of course, and it’s a wonderful strategy for your well-being. You can utilize these methods to prevent future problems and restore balance to your body before the first symptoms begin to appear. We have various approaches available. For instance, we can analyze your overall condition and correct what your subconscious mind deems the most risky factor for the future. Alternatively, we can focus on a specific body system (nervous, endocrine, digestive, etc.) if your subconscious recommends it or if you feel that a particular system is weakened.
Where does Emotion/Body/Belief Code come from?
These are holistic methods developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a renowned American chiropractor and energy healer, since the early 1990s. Nowadays, there are tens of thousands of certified practitioners all around the world. These methods were designed to facilitate direct communication with the subconscious mind, access accurate information about the causes of energy imbalances in the body, and correct them energetically.
Why can’t I replace medical care with Emotion/Body/Belief Code?
These methods are by no means a substitute for medical treatment, but rather an ideal complement to it. It is not within my scope of practice to provide diagnoses or prescribe medication. However, by utilizing these methods to restore your internal balance, we facilitate your body’s innate regenerative and self-healing abilities. Many physicians appreciate this because it greatly enhances their patients’ response to medical care. When life energy flows freely within you, your organs function optimally, nutrients are absorbed effectively, and emotional issues are much more manageable, all this naturally leads to health.
Past Life Regressions
Can a past-life regression be conducted online?
Absolutely. The Covid-19 pandemic (and even before that) has led to an increase in regression work being conducted digitally, and it has been proven that an online regression is equally safe and efficient as one conducted in person. All you need is a quiet, dimly lit room, headphones with a good microphone, and a stable internet connection.
What state will I experience during the past-life regression?
Past-life regression is similar to a deep guided meditation and must be led by a trained therapist. Regressions are conducted in a state of deep relaxation of both body and mind. As you calm your thoughts, you reach a state of profound inner peace. The frequency of your brain waves slows down, leading you into the alpha and theta states, where you find yourself on the borderline between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, you gain access to the deep layers of your consciousness and recall long-forgotten experiences. This allows you to begin working with these memories constructively under my guidance. For example, we can focus on uncovering the hidden roots of the problem you have come to heal, or we can explore the past life that is most beneficial for you to remember at this point in your life.
Can past-life events influence my current life?
Yes, they can have a very strong influence. Many phobias, thought patterns, and even physical ailments stem from previous incarnations, although most people are unaware of this. Even if you don’t consciously recall these memories, they can still affect you—often profoundly. Since regression therapy has become widespread, therapists have discovered fascinating evidence of how past lives continue to shape our present experiences. Entire books have been dedicated to describing and analyzing these phenomena.
Can I use past-life regression to heal an issue?
Yes, absolutely. The most common motivation among people is the desire to heal from some ancient trauma that originated in past incarnations and continues to have a strong impact on the individual. If you have been searching for the origins of a persistent problem but have no idea where it may have originated in your current life, exploring your past lives can be beneficial. By recalling the key traumatic experiences, understanding and powerful liberation typically occur.
Can I undergo a past-life regression out of spiritual curiosity?
Of course, you can. Many people choose to undergo past-life regression to explore a dormant aspect of themselves and experience a profound spiritual transformation. Remembering who you once were, how you died and what followed after your passing is a deeply impactful experience that can alter your perspective on the world and your role within it.
Will I remember my own death in a certain past life?
Definitely. Past-life regressions involve more than just recalling memories from one of your past lives, from childhood until death. They also entail remembering your own passing in this previous life—and what followed! This is always a life-changing experience. After transitioning from the physical to the spiritual existence, your consciousness undergoes a transformation. At this stage, you find yourself in a state of expanded consciousness that transcends the limitations of the physical body, allowing you to explore the deeper meaning of your existence.
What are the most common sensations and perceptions during a regression?
It is common for most people to experience a wide range of sensations (inner sight, hearing, touch, smell, and even taste), although the specific experience is highly individual. Some people experience visual sensations similar to watching a movie on a screen or seeing photos or pictures. Others may hear key words or receive whole messages. For many individuals, memories are accompanied by physical sensations; for example, if you recall feeling cold in a past life, you may also experience a sensation of coldness during regression. The emotional experience tends to be authentic and powerful when recalling forgotten memories. Often, an epiphany occurs where you suddenly understand something you were unable to grasp in a state of normal active consciousness. While a specific experience can’t be guaranteed, the general result is always the same—an intimate and vivid encounter with a long-forgotten part of oneself.
Can I lose control over myself during the regression?
Not at all. You don’t need to worry about losing control or consciousness during regression. Your consciousness won’t be taken from you; instead, it will expand. Depending on the depth of relaxation you achieve, you may remain aware of your surroundings to varying degrees, but this won’t distract you from fully focusing on working with your memories. Moreover, you never relinquish control of yourself to your facilitator. My role is to sensitively guide you on your journey into your inner world, assisting you in accessing key moments of your hidden memories and working with them efficiently. My goal is to ensure that you obtain the most benefit from the session and feel safe throughout the process.
Is there an age limit for past-life regressions?
Yes, I do not conduct sessions with children and young people under 21 years old. The reason is that they may not be fully prepared or mature for such an experience.
Emotion Code and Body Code for animals
Does my animal have to be present during the session?
Not necessarily. Energy knows no bounds, and I can connect to your animal wherever it may be. Whether it’s sleeping in its basket, playing in the back yard or grazing in the pasture, I can work on it! During the session, I will communicate and provide all the information to you as its owner. Alternatively, if you have a busy schedule, I can work on your animal remotely without your presence. We will define the issue to address, set a date and time, and I will send you all the notes and explanations after the session is completed.
Can the animal feel what is going on during the session?
Absolutely. Animals are quite aware of the energy work, and during the session, they often become attentive, sitting right next to me, fixing me with their gaze, and focusing on the process with an expression of ‘serious interest.’ After the session, some even come up to say ‘thanks’ before retiring to process the energy changes. In short, animals make great clients!
Do animals have feelings and emotional baggage?
Yes, and yes! Although it may seem unbelievable, animals are capable of experiencing a wide range of emotions. Therefore, it is common for them to be troubled by negative emotional baggage just like humans. For example, a cat may carry the emotion of repressed crying caused by separation from its mother. A dog may have the trapped emotion of jealousy from a time when it had to share its owner with other dogs. A horse may suffer from grief after being sold and separated from a long-time equine friend. Animals that have experienced abuse carry deep emotional trauma. Moreover, an animal can have a Heart-Wall around its physical heart just like a human. Finally, animals reincarnate and carry emotional issues from their past lives just like we humans do.
Is it possible that my animal and I share the same problem?
Curiously enough, this is possible. The problems of animals often tend to be connected to their owners’ problems. Animals frequently absorb their owners’ negative emotional energy, leading to similar ailments. To address this, we must work alongside our animals. This means that working on an animal is a team effort! Often we dissolve energetic cords of unhealthy codependence between the owner and the animal. Other times, we discover that the pet is carrying negative emotional energy absorbed from the owner. The good news is that by helping your animal, we are also helping you. For example, when we identify negative emotions that you experienced but were reflected in your animal, this can be very therapeutic for both of you.
